The Historic Mobile Preservation Society Archives
contains the William E. Wilson Collection of glass negatives and photographs
(ca 1892-1910), smaller collections of photographs, vertical files on Mobile
history, Mardi Gras, and people, as well as old maps, newspapers, early
city directories, and several special collections.
